Before purchasing
your next router, we encourage calculating the total
cost of implementation.
This of course
includes the following:
-
Router
purchase price
-
Cost of
configuration
-
Cost of
security implementation
-
Cost of
testing: Potentially additional costs are in time
to revisit, reconfigure or troubleshoot. --
Whether configuration is done by in-house IT staff
or out-sourced, it certainly increases the total
implementation cost and can be more critical than
the actual hardware purchased.
There is no more
cost-effective way to be certain your router is
configured properly than having Cisco certified
engineers, who focus on nothing but IOS configuration,
configuring your router correctly and efficiently the
first time.
